Terms of sale

These terms apply to any purchase on nazimfit.com. By paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted them. The seller is Nazim Bentoumi, doing business as NazimFit, Toronto (Ontario), Canada — contact@nazimfit.com.

1. Services

• Recipe Club — €9.99 per month: access to the recipe generator in the member area (recipes, weekly plan, shopping list).
• Plan Essentiel — €99, one-time payment: 1 month of coaching (personalized calories and macros, first-week meal plan, swap lists, messaging Monday to Friday with a reply within 24 h).
• Plateau Zéro — €197 (founding price), one-time payment: 12-week nutrition coaching program.

Prices are shown in euros. Any taxes that apply where you live are shown at checkout.

2. Payment

Payment is made online through Stripe, by card or the methods offered on the payment page. You receive a receipt by email.

3. Recipe Club: subscription and cancellation

• The subscription is monthly and renews automatically each month on the same date.
• You can cancel it yourself at any time from Manage my subscription (using the email you paid with).
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid: you keep access until then. The current month is not refunded pro rata.
• To access the generator, create your member account with the same email you used to pay.

4. Coaching: process and refunds

• After your payment, I contact you to schedule the start and collect the information needed (goal, habits and, if you wish, your blood tests).
• Full refund as long as your plan has not been delivered. Just email contact@nazimfit.com.
• Once your plan has been delivered (start of the coaching), no refund is possible, as the personalized work has been done.
• Follow-up is by message, Monday to Friday, with a reply within 24 h (excluding public holidays).

5. Right of withdrawal (European Union customers)

If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days to withdraw. By requesting immediate access to the Recipe Club or the start of your coaching before that period ends, you agree that the service begins right away: you lose your right of withdrawal for digital content supplied immediately and for a fully performed service. For a service that has started but is not finished, an amount proportional to the service already provided may be retained.

6. Results and liability

Results depend on many factors (consistency, sleep, health, activity…): I commit to serious, personalized coaching, not to a specific result. My coaching does not replace medical care — see the health disclaimer.

7. Consumer rights and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live. If you have a question or a disagreement, please email me first: we will find a solution.
